Please know that the rice you donate is counted on our servers immediately as you donate it. So if your personal totals are deleted, please do not worry ― your donation has already been counted.

If the option above does not work correctly on your computer, it is most likely a problem with your browser storing cookies. Perhaps your browser is not set up to accept cookies or is set to delete them at the end of each session. This is usually set in the Tools/Options/Privacy part of your browser. Or perhaps the Temporary Internet Files are full on your browser and cannot accept any more cookies. If nothing else works, often changing to a new browser will solve the problem.
